Islamic financing facility designed for government servants, private sector employees (permanent and contract), and stable income earners to purchase agricultural land through direct vendor purchase, public auction, or Cres auctions. Based on Tawarruq (two sale-purchase contracts via commodity broker).
Government servants; Private sector employees (permanent and contract); Stable income earners. Land must have individual title or be sub-divisible with individual title issuance.
Up to 90% margin of financing based on applicant eligibility; Maximum tenure 240 months (20 years) or until age 60, whichever earlier; Profit rate from SBR + 2.60% p.a. on monthly rest basis; Ceiling Profit Rate: SBR + 7.75% p.a. or 10% p.a. (whichever higher); Current SBR 2.75%.
